Can you get fit at home without equipment?

Additional equipment
If opening jars is seriously a concern for you - consider purchasing a hand grip or grip master. It will work those specific muscles - far more difficult without something specifically geared towards them. I haven't found a way to adequately work those muscles without a hand grip.
